Wow, this thread got 1000 views, in only less than 2 and a half week :O

So here's a little update of what I did last few days, I started to learn FL studio so At Destiny's Ending will have his own soundtrack (then there will be less complaiment if microsoft finds this game xD)

And I found someone who is more experienced with making music then me which wants to make a soundtrack for the game

And that was it for today.

LITTLE UPDATE!

I'm working on a light engine for a special flood firefight map (PLOT TWIST :O)

I made from the engine a little hide and seek game, just cuz i thought that it would be fun :D

Sorry guys that there isnt an update for a while, but i'm sick atm and i can't concentrate on coding.

I hope that I'll be better soon so I can go on.

But I'm working on a level editor test, when that's finished then I'll go further on the firefight maps which will be in the first public release.

Ive only just made the background and the buttons so far x) kinda just started made it in an hour or so haha

Hey guys!

Like I mentioned before, I was making some tests with real-time shadows and a level editor.

My level editor is nearly complete at this point, which will say, that you can create levels, with lighting (which have many customizations), and then you can even play it without any bug, now i only have to add that you can switch back to the editor cuz that part isnt working atm.

As soon as I'm finished I'll release the game so everybody can see my progress in game creating and see what will be in at destiny's ending (yes, in some levels there will be real-time shadows and there will be a very complex level editor :D)

The project itself will probably be available in the game maker Marketplace, probably for 20 dollarcents

yeah IDK if a teenager would have fun playing that 2d shooter, it almost killed me sitting down to play it. Just sayen sorry please try again it the real world and im going to judge

As a young adult who plays Doom, Duke Nukem, Hexen, Castlevania, Dead Frontier and many others you need to open your mind. You are missing out on a ton of great games if what makes a game for you is flashy graphics.

what are you talking about? there isnt any release yet? and after that, the graphics will be changed and the overall code will too

is it a 2d game, yes there fore I won't like it and will not play it, sorry just my opinion.
