I was bored and decided i'd do some photoshop :D
by now I'm sure everyone has seen that new wallpaper for the halo television series, yeah you know the one.
Anyway i decided to remove the words on it and fix up the halo ring to make it look as if it was not destroyed.
if you guys have any suggestions for adding stuff in or fixing a patchy spot please do say as I'm trying to make this look
as good as possible :P

I was going to do the same thing like the third image just Removing the nightfall title So I could have a pretty kewl wallpaper

Yeah. The allure of the background IS the destroyed halo ring. However, nightfall can go stick itself. (with a plasma grenade.)

Forward unto Dawn was actually really good, except the elite's active camo was not poor, or good, it was OP.

But even with MCC on the way I'm not going to count on 343's Halo a whole lot.

I thought that Forward unto dawn was actually decent, but it really didn't have that halo feel to it as much as I would of liked it to have :/
What bugged me the most was how off putting the chiefs armour was.

1366 X 768, make one please so I don't have to go and do this myself, cbf :3

Also the back of the ring looks too, close, you should make the ring dropoff even more narrower, to give that immense feel.

as for feed back I think you should add some depth of field or Blur and smooth out the edges to the far of the ring it looks unnatural when it's all sharp and edgy

I shall know that feeling in a week or so.

My internet is going from 74 ms to probably 200 as far as I can estimate.

Soz guys I've been gone for a bit haha, yeah my service providers for my ADSL2+ fucked up and I only got my internet today :L besides been busy working on some minor game coding and stuff :P

il look into fixing it up and making different sizes ect soon :)

Well i couldn't find the file for the image with the ring intact, i looked over my entire laptop and still couldn't find it however i did find the version i was working on previous to that so i guess i can upload that one up for now :L

Everyone does basic photoshop on the internet. It's like, I can photoshop, do html and BASIC, 3d model (although not without errors), blah blah blah. Everyone can do that... if they reside on the internetz.
