Yeah I learned my lesson when I didn't pre order the Halo 4 limited edition and it sold out because it was LIMITED edition

H4 sold out because it was 343's first Halo game... not because of any limited edition gimmick... you can buy any Limited Edition game brand new from a 3rd party so don't give me that rubbish lmao.

Yup I bought the Limited H4 from a weird European website which took 2 weeks to ship and cost me 30$ more haha

I never got the point of diving in to the lore of a video game. Reading an actual book that isn't about some game I enjoy would provide much more satisfaction in my opinion. Don't listen to me though because I could give two shits about story in a Halo game and I dislike Last of Us so that should show you what kind of person I am.

anyways I agree most of the episodes right now don't provide anything new with the exception of the Conspiracy Theorist guy talking about the Mass Slipspace Anomalies and weird data fluctuations in deep space which is affecting everything (this was also mentioned in Episode 00)

From what I know This could either be a Logic Plague caused by the Flood since i'ts affecting AI's and such? Ultra highly unlikely I guess... OR it could be that somebody is transporting Large *** Objects trough slipspace since these same type of fluctuations happened in the forerunner trilogy when The forerunners transported the Halo Rings + the Ark :P

...You realize that a lot of the "distortions" and stuff that's going on is falsified right? its pretty evident a lot of the shit going on is ONI coverup trying to prevent Benjamin from figuring out what Halsey was actually doing, considering that civilians wouldn't know about that happening.

Also, when the soldier talked about the ODST fight, god that brought a smile to my face.

There are a great many things ONI has kept away from the civilians apart from the Spartan ll Program there's the Didacts attack in New Phoenix which was covered up as a covenant attack then all the propaganda for the war they made to trick people into thinking that the UNSC was winning by censoring War footage, of course ONI also makes propaganda to make the Innies look worst then they already are

another theory that's been popping up about Episode 4 is that ONI might have Bafflers and Dazzlers the ones the forerunners used to Camouflauge the Didact's cryptum in Djamonkin Crater to give an illusion or hologram of whatever the **** is happening at the end of Episode 4 :P

I guess that's what makes my tastes different from yours. I never cared about the story Halo wanted to tell. The thing keeping me buying Xbox products was Halo's gameplay alone and that's gone now for me. Halo never felt as serious as it does now and that kinda kills it for me.

I personally joined in for both. Came for the gameplay, stayed for the lore (pretty much). I also do my own fan stories within the universe, so that's cool.
