Am I the only one slightly disappointed with Battlefield 1? I feel like full auto weapons weren't that common in WWI

This is true but I feel like having mostly bolt-action rifles would slow down the overall pace of the game and ruin variety (something battlefield is known for).

WWI was all about trench warfare though, so it was mostly semi-auto rifles pinging each other from opposite trenches. And then there were "trench guns" (shotguns) for rushing enemy trenches.

I get that full autos are necessary for variety, but I feel like a lot of those guns wouldn't have been around until WWII. In fact, half of the guns in the trailer appeared in COD WaW, so either WaW had a lot of WWI guns, or those guns just didn't exist yet.

What the heck, the hate towards Skyrim Remastered is real. I, personally, am all for it. Don't really see a downside to it other than the fact that I'd rather have an ES:6 sooner rather than have dev hours go to it but meh I can deal.

So uuuuh, God of War, Become Human, Resident Evil 7, Horizon, and more. Quite a few good looking games at Sony this year... Which begs the question, what the fuck is the point of an Xbox One since almost all the games they showed are Xbox One and Windows 10?!

I might as well upgrade my PC and buy a PS4.. Don't care for Halo 5 at the moment, and I think it's likely that Microsoft will put Halo 6 on Windows 10 as well.

EDIT: That Kojima game looks too good to be true, will wait for a confirmed in engine trailer to decide. Any games that I miss? What did ya'll like for Sony?

Yes I'm aware and trench warfare is notoriously slow. I'd usually be with you when it comes to historical integrity but in this case, if you want the real deal with realistic gameplay just play Red Orchestra.

lolslayer, if I'm correct the Xbox One Slim is not 4k compatible, it is merely a reduced size Xbox One. The upcoming Xbox Scorpio is the only 4k version.
EDIT: I'm more interested in the architecture of the Xbox Slim, Scorpio and PS4NEO, wondering if they've switched over to AMD Polaris for that size decrease.

On Microsoft Conference and all the games coming to Windows 10, this makes it easier for me since they will hopefully also put Halo 6 on Windows 10, which I MIGHT consider upgrading for, especially if the "spying" "features" are completely disabled through those programs we discussed in the other thread.

As far as I know they said that it was 4K capable

And I think it's stupid from microsoft to put so many Xbox exclusives on windows 10, like wtf, microsoft is betraying Xbox with this

Just wait until Halo 6 is announced Xbox One and Windows 10 exclusive xD I really think they'll do this after the Halo 5 Forge thing. People have been wanting Halo forever, they'll release it hoping people will switch to Windows 10 for it.

I buy xbox for Halo and Halo alone. If it comes to Windows 10, I will have no reason to ever buy any consoles ever again, and I will be a happy man.

Spiderman looks cool. We Happy Few has me hyped. The new GoW premise is cool, my guess it's been centuries since the last GoW and the new Viking gods are either descendants of Olympus, already existed within the Universe or Titans of somesort.

But yeah, Wii U finally has a good game, I need more info on the NX I don't get why they didn't give ANY info on the NX at this E3, doesn't make sense. This is probably best time to let us know what it is, what it will do, SOMETHING to drum up a bit of hype.. Same with Sony, why was Microsoft the only one who revealed their new consoles?

If you think about it it makes NO sense, Microsoft reveals that all of their new games are ALSO on Windows 10, and tells us about all their consoles, which noone with a PC will buy. Sony shows mostly Exclusives and a few cross platforms, but all of the exclusives make me want a PSNEO (For real Horizon looks boss) WHICH THEY DON'T SHOW?! And Nintendo shows ONE GAME for the NX (And Wii U).

Out of all the new consoles coming out the one I want LEAST is an Xbox One, which is coincidentally the only one with the new versions detailed.

Yeah, for PC players it's great that all these exclusives come to PC

But think about it this way, if Halo comes to PC, there will be even less incentive to add split-screen because PC players don't really care about it

And I really want split-screen >:0

Also, we happy few trailer was great, but the gameplay of IGN first looked fairly dull to be honest

I seriously doubt a game getting ported to another platform will influence the choice to include splitscreen on consoles.

I don't know.

Left 4 Dead 2 had split-screen features on PC but you had to go through a bit of wizardry to get it to work, I still haven't been able to. They could just disable it on PC. Shit maybe they'll have it disabled by default and there will be a way to re-enable it? That would be sweet. I would LOVE being able to play the next Halo at super high settings with Split-Screen!

That, is what I would download Windows 10 for. That right there. Give me Split-Screen and just spy my shit up Microsoft.

Well you can use a process manager to shut off the memory bit that tells steam you have an instance of a game running to start up multiple copies of games. Once I had a team fortress 2 game going with one person on the m&k and someone else on a 360 controller. Idk how you'd do four people, but it's possible.
