Ever heard that Ensemble Studios was working on another Halo Title?

Me neither, until a few days before

Apparently Ensemble Studios was working on another Halo title which got cancelled when the studio closed, it was probably of a Halo MMO game the studio was working on

There isn't much known about it, except for a really nice concept art:

I already know about that one game for a long time

As I stated before in this post, we can only guess that it had anything to do with the Halo MMO, it could be a whole other halo game

Allegedly. I remember overhearing someone talk about it in late elementary school/junior high.

Ditto. I was actually excited about it due to the fact I owned a DS but not a 360 at the time. Shame it never happened, I enjoyed Metroid Prime Hunters a lot as a DS FPS, I reckon Halo wouldve worked with similar controls.

Halo DS only came in planning stages I think, the gameplay that is actually out there is a mod on Goldeneye 64 for DS

Yeah, I picked up Metroid Prime Hunters used from gamestop one day not really knowing what to expect. It was the coolest thing for like half a year, the singleplayer was pretty mazelike and discouraging at times but real large in my experience and the multiplayer was full-fledged and blew me away that you could have a functional, fun fps on a DS.

Halo DS was going to be a thing. You would play as the Aussie Marine that everyone loves: Private First Class Chips Dubbo. The story was pretty much from the eyes of Chips Dubbo as he survived the events of Halo 1, 2, and 3. It was canceled because you pretty much played the game as a side character, Microsoft wanted Halo to be Xbox Exclusive, and it had only a couple of the Bungie Staff working on it.

Halo DS was never official. It was a mod of Goldeneye DS and was proposed to Bungie/Microsoft. It was never in official development.
