I just noticed that this armor is Noble 6's Default Armor. Thing is, that is technically called MJOLNIR Mark V(b)/Multi-Threat. Get your shit right 343.

No that's a completely new armor set for the GEN-ll Systems
It is the successor to Mark VII which is the armor Naomi wears in the Kilo-Five trilogy
And btw the Mark V(B) AND the Mark V(GEN-1)
are both going to come in the future, they've been talked about.

Honestly, they should've made it simply be MJOLNIR/Multi-Threat, and make the Mark VII be John's armor from Halo 4 and beyond; and simply have it so he got an upgrade when he came to Infinity. Seriously, what kind of guy changes armor in a cryotube over the next 4 years, 7 months, and 11 days? All he really did was get an update on his suits firmware while he was taking a good sized nap.

Go look at the "Noble" Armor set and speak from there. That's closer to what the reach armor (for a reason)

I've seen Noble armor, which still annoy's me since it is more accurate when compared to Commando Helmet w/Default Armor and GUNGNIR knee guards.
Seriously, we probably would've been a lot happier if John got an armor upgrade rather than a full redesign off the bat. At most, they should have improved how he looked, not make the only resembling feature be his helmet.

Meh, they've made it 'rounder' which I feel takes away from the iconic 'military spartan soldier' aesthetic. Looks more like freakin robocop now

From a Gameplay perspective they have to Contrast the spartans from the environments so that's why Blue team and Red team are pretty bright (Like for example in February's update they had to change blue team's color into a more lighter clearer version due to analytics showing and data showing that they had an advantage in certain environments) (also for anyone that's interested here is how Microsoft uses high tech research tools in order to improve and balance the multiplayer. 343s Art design choice that's REALLY the culprit here is that for some fucking reason Spartan IVs in the WarGames simulation have freaking COLORED undersuits... which make them look like power rangers,
also sidenote that render looks disgusting in game it looks so much better.
Also for some reason chief also has a colored undersuit in the campaign even though he didn't have one in Halo 4....
the armor still looks pretty cool so I can't really complain that much.
at least with the recent update we can have some really tight color combinations for example here's a screenshot I took yesterday (I needed a new wallpaper)

So far 343i has just acknowledged the importance of black undersuits, same way they acknowledged the lack of Colors in Halo 5...
Took em a while but hey it got patched in just like we wanted it. So I hope there's a chance they can give us the option.

So they are adding new armors, but not total armor interchangable customizations huh? 343, what are you smoking; and can I have some of that fine grass?
BTW, the reason why Spartans in the Multiplayer are so vibrant when compared to campaign modes is because of the holographic training decks on the UNSC Infinity. Using holograms, hardlight, and shields; they are able to make a 3D model of any landscape they want. Since holograms are all made up of light, that means that there is no room for a shadow to be put onto their armor. It also explains why they have no shadows in Halo 4's multiplayer. However, where in the campaign modes, you have a shadow because there are a few light sources from lightbulbs or the sun itself; not hardlight and holograms illuminating every part of your character.

also I like how they are bribing people to watch with that hcs armour that was behind a paywall last time, but as far as I can tell, you have to use your xbox to get it.
I can't even use twitch, too bandwidth heavy even on mobile quality. 5 seconds of footage followed by 10 seconds of load screen.

I agree with TheAandZ thoughts on 343's presentation of Halo videos. It feels like they are going a completely different route to present simple videos that seem to apply to a different audience. No one is asking that they create music for each video I think but that they actually use Halo music in a Halo related video for a Halo Game.
