I was thinking I might redraw the Covenantcovenant to look more realistic in terms of detail and shading, but then I thought it might ruin the humor of the original. What do you guys think?

Believe it or not, this morning I was actually working on a drawing that was similar to this. It's not exactly, but close enough. XD

Bringing the topic back to your first post, you might want to work on your animations. I see quite a lot of errors in that assassination animation.
Personal recommendation: Stickpage and Hyun's Dojo forums. They're mainly focused on 2D stickfigure Flash animations, but it's a start. Just snoop around the tutorials sections and look around the animations sections to find attempts by other aspiring animators and the critique by the 'veterans' of the communities. You can also post your stuff there for review. Trust me, that's how I improved.
From my own judgement, you might want to learn how to make a run loop first. Just look around or Google it. If you still can't find it, feel free to PM me and I'll dig some up for you. I might even make some myself, depending on how bored I would be.
Another tip would be to observe real life. Take your phone and film yourself doing something, then watch through it as you animate your characters.

I'm one of the team animators, and I can tell you right off the bat that you'll generally be good at some kind of animation regardless. For instance, I can do biped animations but any sort of movement (Running, Sprinting, Crawling, etc) will be the bane of my existence (and has been ruining my progress as of late sadly). Its easier to figure out what kind of animations you excel at and then work at it from there.

I know there were multiple errors. Those were not the finished product nor were they intended too. They were more rough animation block-outs that I did before I was going to go back in to refine. They were just test renders that I never got back around to finish. Thanks for suggestions and help offers though. : )

I probably shouldn't have shown them until they were done.
