If it has modding support/editing tools on the level of H:CE, yes.
If it hasn't, meh. It's been so damn long, so if it doesn't reach at least that level, I will be bitterly disappointed. Again.

I'd pay the same amount I did when it first came out, even if it isn't worth that much anymore.

I wouldn't even be that bothered by a lack in modding support either. After seeing what Gamecheat13 and friends can do to the cracked Russian Halo 3 engine that is Halo Online, there would be very little stopping them from making some cool stuff on Halo 3 PC that could potentially be shared with everyone, not just hacked Xbox 360's.

I think he's using the fact that they have as a basis of "look at what they've done with this, im sure they can do this other thing"

Gamercheat could make cool things with it, halo online lacks the campaign, but if halo 3 pc comes out he can finish his scarab assault mode :D

That's gamestop or whatever. It's 60 here too if you go to your average game shop. I order mine online, Dutch exclusive site though.

I get 12 months for AUS$80 at JB Hi-fi, which is about 62 of ur 'murican dollaz. That's the absolute cheapest I've seen it here.
EB Games wants $90 because it wouldn't be EB without a $10 markup.

I don't see why it shouldn't be. If you don't want to play it if it doesn't have mods or its so old or whatever you don't have to. The xbox community is so dead you'd hardly be splitting it and there's surely a bunch of people who would like to play it again.
