Has no effect on customization. Armor is solid objects and 343i has a tendency to split up their armor pieces by location regardless.

UI might require some fixing, but a complete redesign is rarely necessary.

Just visited some family and played some Halo 5.
It sucks. Story is a 7/10, Forge is completely changed to be more of something you would find for PC games, and the multiplayer sucks.
Oh, and you have to stand still to recharge shields. WTF!?

I think your story marks might be a bit high. I'm not a fan of the new forge either but hey more PC like is definitely not a bad thing imo. The MP could be better but it isn't too bad and you don't have to stand still to recharge, you just have to avoid sprinting.

Story was a 2/10, at best imo. People also love the multiplayer because it has some decent gunplay.

how will this impact the motivation to carry on with this project?

While H5G forge does not come with match making or Warzone mode I do not think it would be too hard for someone to re create Warzone ish modes on Forge and a third party server browser/match making is sure to make way eventually.

I think Halo 5 and Project Contingency are two diffrent games, yes they are both Halo games but compare Halo 2 or Halo 3 to Halo 5, diffrences are huge and you could almost say that they appeal to 2 diffrent types of Halo gamers.

Yes your absolutely correct there Neesy, the comments and the score just do not add up ( pun intended - sorry !)  I guess we have to remember that in the world according to Dreux, this is possible and as such 343i's treatment of Halo scores highly !

Story is 2/10 IMO hell even worse
Forge is the best in the series the controls ARE BETTER but Different.
Multiplayer is amazing and the best part about this game.
You don't have to stand still to recharge shields.... YOU HAVE TO STOP SPRINTING and run regularly 
in order to recharge your shields *facepalm* and that makes the mechanic way better than Halo 4's sprint

Story sucks because it doesn't even respect Lore freaks like myself and it butchers the regularly passionate folk who like Halo's general story.

Sadly not gonna happen, but at least we know all Future Halo games will have it

What's more depressing is that, during the beta Josh Holmes was really confident that Full 4-Player Split-Screen would be supported for Halo 5... 

Maybe with the Xbox One Scorpio 343i can release a patch to allow Split-screen on the Scorpio?
But if that Happens I'd rather them just fully release Halo 5 on Windows 10, and by that time Halo 6 OR Halo 3 Anniversary would be close to releasing and God. To be honest the Scorpio sounds like a waste of money since *if* all future halo games will release on PC from this point onward, might as well just upgrade my already beefy PC into a monster :-).
