Favorite Halo CE maps

What's your favorite halo ce map? It should have newer graphics and a nice laid out map

mine is Ragnarok a H4 mod

Battle Creek is a favorite but if we have to pick something community made then Gridiron is pretty good.

Bigass. Haven't played a single match on it but running around alone in lan is amazing.

Sidewinder. First Halo multiplayer map I ever played, snipers and pistols, 1v1, very fun.

Blood Gulch.

Ah, the good ol times when the reds would tank camp on the hill and blue would be spawnkilled again and again..

Not to mention the Road Runners

I'd have to go with Geomar.

H2 Ascension ahh that is a good map only it needs Dual Wield

The pistol on that map is better than the battle rifle. And people say the H2 pistol sucked.

I think it's funny how 1/3 of the maps picked are vanilla.

We said ce, not custom

I always thought it was mighty confusing since you had to guess if people were talking Combat Evolved, or Custom Edition xD

Custom Edition users usually call Halo: Combat Evolved either Halo PC or Halo 1

Exactly. So H:CE being custom only is implied.

But if we want to include vanilla maps, I'm all for that too.

In my time I have never called Halo 1 Halo CE. This is a first honestly since it seems no one plays the original anyways so most assume custom is implied. I mean you can do everything the original has and more so why would you want the original.

I prefer chocolate maps over the vanilla ones.

But Death Island takes ma cake. Especially when you have a lot of people.

Vanilla ftw. But not french vanilla, that tastes like crap.
