My new drawing. I tried to make original designs by going with the flow and trying not to think about anything to reference too.

Yeah, pretty cool. They remind me of the future in chrono trigger. That second one kind of looks like it has a mark IV head though.

Darn, I must have looked too deeply into it. Still, its pretty crazy to me that I was able to pick out all those parts that related to P and 3. Maybe I have the skills to become a legit conspiracy theorist...

I made a few mistakes.
First off. I forgot to post the deviant art link to the higher resolution picture. It's near impossible to find most of them with this current picture's resolution. Also the clues, I mistakenly said that there were 2 on two of the long swords when there were actually 3 on two of them. And other stuff. It turns out only one of them were actually covered, so...

I forgot how similar 343's Jackals look compared to Elites. I'm not just talking about armor either, the face is more reptilian too. Too many dinos lol.

Maybe it has some similarities with Skirmishers, but Reach's standard jackals still looked pretty much the way they did from previous games:

Granted, Reach's design philosophy with the Covenant was to make them as gritty and scary as possible, which Halo 4 continued, so I can see where the inspiration came from.
