Will there be flood?
If you can think of a reason for there to be flood?

Correction, Halo is a child magnet. You can tell because they have a headset, and won't shut up. As for CoD, the whole online audience is made up okids ages 12 and under.

In my... 13 or so years of playing Halo [4 of which competitively at the highest European level], I can honestly say that I ran into next to no kids on Halo. Halo 2 MP was mostly adults / older teenagers because of how revolutionary XBL was for console gaming.

HALO 3s' kids seemed to be all in custom games, same with Reach. Even with Halo 4 after the first month, only teens / adults were left over.

I have heard PLENTY of whiny kids on online Halo 4 games. Plus, there are many more kids who play Halo who do not have Xbox Live Gold.

Have you heard of Warzone? Well, IF they put in a similar PVP and PVE game mode, the flood would be awesome to have in it. Maybe a flood version of Invasion, or just the regular Flood game mode.

The PVP aspect to this game ain't even pre-alpha worthy atm, fuk PVE.

The way you say this like Warzone wasn't just announced as a new feature and has been a staple part of HALO since CE

That's exactly why I think it didn't look promising. It basically is a dlayer match with some random AI and an not equal starts which is called the "req system".
It might seem fun butthe fun wears off after a few matches.

There are equal starts, in order to actually use a req, you must gain points.

Still looks meh though.

True, the Req system does seem over powered. I think whenever you die, you should lose all of your Req points. I think that  they should make Req points harder (well, require more kills) to get. The AI seem a little sparse, too. I think they should have the AI should have more drop zones. If you think they butchered it, maybe you should try making a similar game mode yourself. If you think the sentence before this one was meant in a disrespectful way, it was not. It was merely a suggestion, one that if you left it out, I would understand why.

I thought it was funny on some video about it I saw, one of the devs was like "Yeah you can pick what you want to fight, if you're good you can go fight players and if you're not so good you can go fight ai" I mean does he not see that at least one strong player is going to flock to the ai to kill all the weaker players?

Not to mention I haven't heard what difficulty setting the ai will be on.

I think it will be Heroic or Normal. It would be awesome if it was Legendary, maybe with a few skulls on, but I highly doubt it.

Well, it's not random AI

but I can see it happening that it would become boring after a few matches :/

Kinda random AI, scripted encounters most of the time. Hold a certain position.

Yeah. It'd be cool if there was like some incentive to bring all the players to a different section of the map, then spawn a bunch of ais in the section the players aren't in and make them attack the bases. That'd be kinda like mp firefight, except whoever gets rid of them first can start a three-way battle over at the enemy base.

Warzone with a flood infestation would be awesome. No matter where you go, there would be flood.

What they need is for the the AI to try and retake a base after you capture it and have the AI come in huge hordes, wave after wave.

The concept of warzone is pretty cool. You've got players, then a bunch of ai grunts. It'd be neat if it was 4v4 and there were a set of objectives you had to accomplish, randomly selected, and you didn't know which ones the enemy team was also given. That way, finding players would make encounters more tense, and otherwise it'd be like playing tactical singleplayer. Add in long respawn times or limited lives to increase the suspense factor. But the way 343 has made it out, it's a deathmatch where your spawn protection are some crappy ais and sometimes while you're fighting other players there'll be some ai dude you need to kill. Also killstreak/loadout combination feature.

Really need to get that game. My friends keep on telling me that it is insanely fun. One thing I am highly disappointed about is the lack of AI. The AI are fare to sparse. They really need vehicles, too.
