Yeah ok, so peekers advantage is a thing; you're at LAN, 1v1 scenario to win the game, you're holding a corner, dude full on sprints around the corner and you get headshotted and lose before you have time to react to his presence just because you see him 400ms slower than he does.

Oh ffs, can you not read? Or are you intentionally stupid? With the 400ms lag, someone PEEKING A CORNER WILL SEE THE PLAYER HOLDING THE CORNER FIRST this is especially important in HALO where who can get the 1st shot off usually wins the duel.

Exactly. I mean, considering that the mp component in the original game was only fun/possible with splitscreen, it's a real drag to take it out. It'd be like making a doom game where your player was slower and the enemies were longer ranged, it'd kill speedruns.

I still got MCC and Minecraft, both of them still have 4p splitscreen. It's stupid H5 isn't going to have it, but we do have two pretty good games that'll hold any 4 players for a long time. I have 2 controllers already, and I still plan on purchasing two more.
