Small update on the whole quitting thing: currently smoking about 3 a week which isn't too bad but hopefully it becomes zero soon.

Have you / Are you using patches?, They worked for me, weaned myself to the point I was cutting 5mg patches into quarters at the end of 2nd month. and went cold turkey from there.

(and yes like a lot of ex-smokers hate the smell now)

( I kept a record of what my spend per week was and donated that to a fund to reward myself at the end ... But  now really hate car exhaust fumes now, But can taste food sooo much better. - need to eat less too as although if I continued as I was, eating same amount, got a weight gain, ~ seemed like my metabolism slowed {thats my excuse})

Nah I'm not using anything boss, I've just made sure I keep myself busy all the time so I don't tend to think about em, it's only when I'm cold that I'll think about lighting up haha. Started to get back into cs / football manager / runescape again to keep my mind off it during downtime so we'll see how that pans out. Thanks for the advice and encouragement tho bbig man.
