To this day I still play Halo Custom Edition. Halo 2 was in "My" eyes the worst PC port alive. I'm sorry if you fell differently.

I firmly believe that Microsoft and 343 will not release MCC for PC anytime soon as they said already the Xbox One is there "Main" focus.

As much as i want Halo on PC since i refuse to own a Xbox One I really don't see it coming anytime soon.

Exactly.

I'm guessing microsoft has something planned for us PC gamers. End of story.

It's like contingency: trying to make them give us updates doesn't actually make them give us updates. You just have to wait patiently and trust that when they come they will be good.

To a point I'd agree, but at the same time they're getting paid to do what they do, as opposed to us. If we got paid then we'd probably end up not only working faster, we'd also be able to utilize EaaS Cryengine as opposed to 3.5.8 standalone.

They also have always run the E3 and PAX versions on decked out PCs because PC master race, they're just being rude

After all the talk about Contingency being a threat I just can't wait for it. After Halo Reach i kinda lost interest lol.

Every developer has always done that. Sony and Microsoft both have used PC's due to stability and gameplay being more fluid and such. It's just when a game crashed to desktop at E3 this year people had to just flip shit about it, even though it's been done for years.

Best case scenario would be if Microsoft actually helped Project Contingency... Oh how that would be sweet. Imagine if they started funding this :D
