Generally speaking, you can't always prepare for every single condition in which something may go wrong. Website design is no exception to this rule, and it's not infeasible that you've experienced this firsthand. Being the case, if you find any bugs on the website, have a suggestion on what to do to improve the website, or just want to request a feature for the website, post it here!

Clicking any of the buttons on the top sends you to the link with .net, so that's probably the point he's making. I can type in project-contingency.com, but if I click any of the links at the top of the page (e.g. Home, Gallery, Updates), it takes you to project-contingency.net.

Also, this seems to only happen from the forums. I can click any of the links from project-contingency.com and it will take me where I wanted to go, but not from the forums.

The forums weren't updated with the site change, so its all trying to refer to the old stuff still.
