New Installation 01 Trailer

Anyone seen this? Looks pretty good. I'm liking the progress :3

Visually unimpressive, gameplay seems workable

I'd rather play custom edition tbh

Welp.. atleast someone's making some progress :P

I saw them carry a lot of weapons, but the only first person views they showed were a butt ton of assault rifle spraydowns, one pistol shot, and one sniper shot. I'm guessing that means they don't have first person models for the br and shotgun, but I could be wrong.

It also didn't show more than two spartans on the screen at once. Maybe that's all they could get together for a trailer, or maybe that's all they can fit in a server without the game crashing.

@Heatguts, buddy you might wanna rewatch that video, mate. There are multiple times with >2. Hell, one section has like 7 onscreen.

I stand corrected. Not sure how I missed that, lol.

Frankly, I couldn't run Project Contingency on decent settings anyways. I'm used to my PC games looking like crap while running at ~20 fps. I'm sure their assets will gradually get better. It doesn't look like I01 is bringing anything new to the table but they are at least bringing the table so far. Obviously I don't think any of us have played it so it could play like crap but barring the low quality of the visuals it looks like Halo.

...Actually a few of us in contingency have gotten to play it a bit. They invited us for a private test

Got to play it about a month and a half ago. It was alright, gameplay definitely felt very Halo-1 esque though I personally felt that some of their systems were lacking (namely that I couldn't melee charge and kill them as I do in contingency playtests, which made me sad). Overall it was a pretty fun experience.

More concerned about the addition of telekinesis

Installation 01 seems to have more of the gameplay down, while Glassed looks way better graphically. If those teams were working together, they both might have had a half-decent gameplay trailer.

Glassed isn't really a team, its a duo. I've spoken to both of them about how they're handling their game and I can probably shit talk the trailer to their face if I wanted to. However I'll probably end up going to burney and complain about it for a while, see how it goes

Well let's just say that if P:C makes another trailer of the same quality as the first one, it'll be quite something.

Any updates on updating the updated update in time for the updated update update?

What kinds of stuff need to be fixed before you release the infos? Have you been able to fix anything that wasn't in working order? What bugs remain? What bugs got squashed? Do I need to buy you some spider spray or ant attacker? Perhaps some fly fumer, or cockroach crusher?

Updates on the update when the update is going to be updated with another update which will update us about more updates on new upcoming update?

Keep me updated on any updates.
