Printers are awesome...Right?

So, I've recently obtained a 3D printer and I've been hard at work tinkering with it and doing cool stuff and all that jazz. That being said, I think I'd like to have a bit of fun with it. Firstly, here's a few pictures of test prints I did.






As you can see, the size range is pretty decent and at the same time, the detail is pretty good as well. Now, I want to take these and start selling them, which is completely fine and legal. Remember THIS IS NOT FOR PROJECT: CONTINGENCY. IT IS A THING IM DOING FOR MYSELF. So, my question is first off, would you guys like to buy prints like this, and if so what would you like me to print?

I want a painted life size Halo 4 Battle Rifle. Yes, Halo 4. I'll see what I can do about payment. lol do you accept cash in mail? I think I know the answer to that ^

Printing the Halo 4 BR would take quite the while as I'd need to print it in pieces and then glue it together.

As for the H3 Assault rifle, how big are we talking for that exactly?

Ok, how about a set of 1:1 dual wield magnums w/ attachable accessories such as a mock silencer, las[z]er, flashlight? Removable clip and functioning slide made possible by ruberbands, anchor points and some neat little inner workings, all painted and packaged + 3DFile, how much are we looking for for that? Or just one magnum is available? Or maybe the SOCOM from ODST?

@Jaing dear god you know how to push. Making dual magnums would take quite some time, and having it able to have attachments is going to be costly on you (not to mention that's going to cost me a lot of time to model everything out) The slide you can forget about getting to work, and clip would take effort but I think I could do it. With paint that's moar.

2 Magnums: $16
Silencer: $4
Laser/Flashlight: $5
Additional Costs (minus shipping): $30-$50

So you're looking at about $55-$75 for two magnums with attachments

lolkthxbai, so.. If, let's say if I do decide to go ahead and acquire one, how would the moneyz be payed/transferred?

Firstly, if you want a 1:1 scale pair of magnums you have to realize that the cost of printing it out in on its own is expensive as hell because of the amount of material. Then I have to also go into the model and cut it up into sections because it exceeds my printer's maximum build space, and then clearing off all the forms that the printer has to make in order to build any overhanging pieces. Its tedious and expensive work, but I've found that my selling of the product is a lot cheaper than if you were to buy it from any "official" place

To answer your question, i'll be (hopefully) setting up a paypal account soon to have money transfer.

Ya, I had one until I overused it continously trying to print my lifesize MC statue. I know that feel. I'm not promising paypal, but don't print anything for me unless you got the money first. kthxbai

Question here! If one were to want a shadow from halo printed out how much would you request. Just to make it clear I am talking about the vehicle the Covenant use.

With actual working cannons, yes.

Whats the actual size you want it in. I can make that a desk toy pretty easily. I can make the top turret separate and able to be pegged in with clear plastic to make it look like its floating

Something that could fit nicely on a desk and stand well on it's own would be ideal. How much $$$ do you suppose you would need for so that I may start making plans. The clear plastic sounds awesome as well.

So i made note only the biggest print i've done to date, but quite honestly my favorite

it took forever to model, and just under 4 hours to print
