Opinions on the change of voice actor for Snake in MGS5?

Personally, I'm not feeling it.

as a huge metal gear solid fan I'm not even mad
I already played ground zeroes and David hayter's voice isn't at all bad I still felt like he was Snake :P

I thought it sounded the same as all the other dudes.

It sounded like silence.

Because I haven't heard it.

TBH, I think the change was good for the most part. The new guy has a refreshing voice that fits well for a young Big Boss. At first I was raging at the change, but then I played Ground Zeroes and I calmed down.

Hayter was always better at doing Solid Snake voices anyways.

I see where you're coming from but, I have to admit, as a long-term MGS fan, it's a difficult adjustment but, in Kojima we trust.

I LOVE David Hayter as Snake's voice, but the one thing I have to say is that MGS5 features a different Snake from MGS1, 2 and 4. With that said, I feel fine with Kiefer Sutherland voicing Naked Snake. If everyone is so keen on consistent voice actors, people would have gone nuts over Big Boss in MGS4. Saying that, changing Solid Snake- no, doesn't work. Changing Big Boss's voice, I don't see anything about it= natural aging resulting in vocal chord maturity.

Same. It's not going to be a easy transition, but at some point we'll get over it. Not that we won't miss Hayter.
