How do you guys like my Project: Contingency icon? KKxetmE
And again that stuff around the edges will NOT be noticable when you put it as an icon (if you do). The shade itself wont be noticable if you have a blue wallpaper thats similar to the blue shade.

I fixed up the icon a bit.
Changenotes:
Added blue shade
Fixed some of the white pixels around the edges.
Added a "Glow" to it.
